March, third month of the year 2021. In the March workout plan we are going to balance the body by working all areas equally. We will workout the upper and lower body every week, we will perform 2 challenges, one of cardio without jumping and the other of glutes.

Tuesday and Thursday rest and we will take advantage of it to make new recipes and learn new things. Weekends long cardio routines and sit-ups.

Continue with the same motivation with which you started the year or encouragement if it is your first month of training in 2021. The effort and perseverance will make us feel proud and achieve great results.
