– Ensure that your workout plan addresses all 4 pillars of fitness; strength, stamina, stability and flexibility
– Include coconut, rice and tuber vegetables in your weekly diet to get the best out of your workouts
– Your pre-workout meal can be a banana or a fresh fruit, about 10-15 mins before exercise
– Post workout, ensure that you are either having a wholesome meal immediately (breakfast, lunch or dinner) OR have the 4Rs – rehydrate (water), replenish (banana), repair (when protein shake) and recover (vitamins).
