Today is a power glutes workout so be ready to crush some powerful tempo work! This workout consists of a warm up, a 3 minute glute activation set, 11 power glute exercises that we will perform for 3 rounds of 30 seconds each, and an 8 minute glute burnout!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for glute bridge exercises and split squats and my glute resistance bands.

The exercises:
1. Activation 3 minutes for side leg lifts, slow squats, kickbacks
2. Romanian Deadlift slow back, power forward
3. lateral Lunge pops left
4. Lateral Lunge pops right
5. Kettlebell Swings
6. Split Squat Slow down and pass under, power up left
7. Split Squat slow down and pass under, power up right
8. Glute Bridge Slow down and power up hold
9. Glute Bridge drive out abduction fast drive out and hold
10. Single leg bridges with hop on bench left
11. Single leg bridges with hop on bench right

BURNOUT
12. Standing Leg lift Right
14. standing kickback right
15. Fire hydrant right
16. Heel Pulse kickback kneeling right
17. Standing leg lift left
18. Standing kickback left
19. Fire Hydrant left
20. Heel Pulse kickback kneeling left
