This is one in my series of strength training workouts for women over 40. I design workouts for women which include beginner workouts, workouts for women over 50 in addition to workouts for fitness advance women. The exercise for women over 40 is focussed around strength training or weight lifting because we have lost our metabolism during the menopause and strength training builds it back up. This is because we have lost muscle once we hit our 40s so its a good idea to work on building it up again. The workout shown in the video and on my program is a home workout.
