1. Crossover Taps – 3 SETS x 10 Reps on each side
2. Weighted Crunches – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
3. Weighted Russian Twists – 3 SETS x 20 Reps on each side
4. AB/Plank Twists – 3 SETS x 20 Reps on each side
5. Up & Down Planks – 3 SETS x 10 Reps on each side
6. Mountain Climbers – 3 SETS x 20 Reps on each side
