This quick leg workout is perfect to do in the comfort of your own home. Nice day outside? You can do it in your yard or favorite park as well! Make sure you have an even surface to be stepping on and a timer, and you’re ready to rock.
Each exercise can be done with or without weights. Pick a weight that is comfortable and doesn’t sacrifice form or safety.
The exercises in this workout are each done for 1 minute:
– 1 Leg Squats Right Side
– 1 Leg Squats Left Side
– Front Lunge into Back Lunge Right Side
– Front Lunge into Back Lunge Left Side
– Traverse Lunge into Curtsy Lunge Right Side
– Traverse Lunge into Curtsy Lunge Left Side
