Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises – 2 sets – 4 to 6 reps

Seated Bent Over Lateral Raises – 2 sets – 4 to 6 reps

TRAPS

Barbell Shrugs – 2 sets – 4 to 6 reps

Upright Rows (close grip) – 2 sets – 4 to 6 reps
