So in todays video I basically go over in full detail my current workout routine. It is an upper/lower split and it basically evolves around increasing the strength on my major compound lifts (squat, bench and deadlift).

I’m naturally a skinny guy (ectomorph) and I feel like this programme especially for me is the best way to go in increasing overall muscle size and overall muscle strength. I am completely open to constructive criticism in the comments and any thoughts/questions, just let me know.
