Your workout today is going to target all the muscles in your upper body in a straight strength workout! We are going to work in 30 second increments and we will be rocking through 3 rounds of each exercise. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab weights that work for you in a heavy move like tricep overhead extensions and a lighter move like rear delt flyes.

2. Hammer curls
3. Tricep OH Extension
4. Single Arm Press
5. Single Arm curl
6. Single arm kickback
7. Front raise
8. Side raise
9. Face pulls from hinged
10. Supinated curls
11. Knee Preacher Curls
12. Hammer curl to cross body
13. Skull Crushers on floor
14. Bench Dips or Dumbbell Dips
15. Tricep Kickbacks
