Start with (Beginner and intermediate)

1.Glute Bridges (double leg and single leg)
2. Hamstring Wall Walks
3. Plank Position and move hands floor to wall

ADVANCED:

4.Decline Plank with knee tucks
5.Travel up to a handstand
6. One leg off at a time
