Muscle After 50 – Lean Metabolic Muscle Workout
Build lean muscle using this metabolic resistance training and dumbbells

This is one of the workouts from my Lean Metabolic Muscle Over 40 workout program that will help you build some lean muscle while burning calories and fat.

Grab your dumbbells and let’s get it done!

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 3 straight rounds. Total Time = 18 minutes

1. Dumbbell Squat to DB Stiff Legged Deadlift
2. Seesaw DB Bent Over Rows
3. Legs Up Alternating DB Floor Chest Press
4. Dumbbell Zottmann Biceps Curls
5. Lying Single Triceps Skull Crushers
6. DB Shoulder Shrugs
