In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through the perfect full body exercise routine to do if you’ve been away from exercising for awhile.

Life can get busy and sometime we can lose track of exercising and staying consistent with our workouts. Luckily Meredith has come up with the perfect routine you can start doing in your own home that will help you get “Back On Track”. It’s not always easy coming back to exercise if you’ve been away but this workout has some very simple, easy to follow moves that will help get your body moving again in a safe manner.

This workout features both standing and seated movements that are low impact which help the muscles adjust to movement again. If you’ve been away from exercise for a long time, we recommend starting off with this routine a few times a week to start out.

Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
