Quick Fitness Workout
Welcome to my Easy Fitness Over 50 standing abs workout. In todays over 50 fitness workout we will be focusing on building a stronger core.

This standing abs workout will have 5 exercises to 4 rounds. we will spend 30 seconds on each exercise followed by a 15 seconds rest.

This workout will also include a warm up will cool down stretches.

Exercises,
1, Knee To Elbow
2, Wood Chop
3, Knee Drive
4, Rotation
5, Side Bends
