In this video, I’ll show you a simple at-home core workout you can do with no equipment. Training your core not only helps reduce back pain, but also improves posture, stability, and strength in everything you do — from lifting weights to everyday life.

At-Home Core Plan:
• Plank – 3 sets of 30s
• Dead Bugs – 3 sets of 10 reps per side
• Glute Bridges – 3 sets of 12 reps
• Side Planks – 2 sets of 20s each side
