Workout Meals
I had so much fun recording my first “What I Eat In a Day” episode!
Taking you with me in the kitchen in between classes/workouts for some protein rich meals + shake, my supplement rituals by @vitavivaworld and dinner at my friends place!

MEALS
➤ Ingredients Post-Workout Shake:
– 1/2 banana
– 2 cups all natural coconut milk
– tablespoon peanut butter
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– teaspoon L-Glutamine

➤ Ingredients Lunch Meal:
– 3 sweet potatoes
– 3 egg whites
– parsley
– spinach
– 1/2 avocado
– cucumber

➤ Ingredients Late Afternoon Snack:
– Mixed grilled green vegetables
– 1 yellow pepper
– hand cashew nuts (unsalted)
