How should I build my own workout plan ? I don’t know where to start ! What does your workout plan looks like ? Do you have any advice ? Those are questions you guys ask me on a daily basis. I decided to dedicate an entire video on this topic so that I could rely go in more depth when it comes to this very important subject πŸ™‚
I hope this will help you win one way or another. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any question that I might have triggered.
Keep in mind that I am nowhere close to being a specialist, a fitness coach or anything like that. I am just a normal girl who’s sharing her experience , research and knowledge upon her passion.
