Leg Workout Routine:
We always start our leg day with a few warm up sets, in this video we started off with leg extensions, leg curls (Including Gironda leg curl) and Glute bridges.
After the sets mentioned above, we we’re fully warmed up and ready to take on the compound exercises.
Our working sets includes of SST(Sarcoplasmic Stimulating Training) with Squats – heavy sets, time under tension and high reps.
Hack squats facing the machine(heels are higher and more emphasis on the glutes) then the other way round to lay more ephasis on the quads.
We love the leg press machine as it targets multiple muscles and with leg press we focus on repetition. As the video shows at [24:08]
In this leg workout we are doing a GIANT set of 100 reps (10 slow reps to start with then 90 fast reps )
Leg extension FST 10
With this exercise we did 10 sets of 10 reps and 10 seconds rest
Hamstring curl FST 10
With this exercise we did 10 sets of 10 reps and 10 seconds rest
