30 sec – (2) Plank/(1) Jump over ankles
30 sec – (1)Plank/(2) Jump over ankles
30 sec – (1+2) Arm hold leg raises
30 sec – (1) Wheelbarrow pushups/chest touches + (2) Squat
30 sec – (2) Wheelbarrow pushups/chest touches + (1) Squat
REPEAT!!
