What should we eat just after returning from gym. So i have tried to list down all possible foods that you can have as pre and post workout meals. Now your biggest question that gym se pahle kya khana chahiye ? Gym se pahle kya khaye hum ko bata dain. Umeed karta hn ap ko ab samj a gai hogi. Mein ne her traha k food ka bata dia hai or b boht options hai but filhal jo me bata di woh enough hain.

Remember: Pre-workout meal me Ye sab koch na kha jana 😂 , Phir kahin ultian karte phiro gym me. In me se koi 1 chez woh b thuri c quantity me, ya mixture of things apni body size k lehaz se. Behtar hai k 2 hours ka gap do. Minimum b 1 hour phly khaya ho, else ager time nae hai to better hai na khao! Wapis a kar apna Post workout meal lelu.
