Hi, It’s Brian Stecker from Boomer Fitness and, here is a compete Arm Workout Over 60. This is an advanced workout for those who have been training regularly for a while. If you want to build strong arms and get a complete bicep and tricep workout, this is it.

Full Workout
Warm-Up (Watch The Videos Below)

Close-Grip Bench Press 10-12 Reps
EZ Bar Curls 10-12 Reps
(4 Rounds Total)

Lying Tricep Extension 10-12 Reps
Hammer Curls 10-12 Reps
(3 Rounds Total)

Cable Curls 15-20 Reps
Rope Tricep Extensions 15-20 Reps
