This Leg workout kettlebell | Glutes workout | Butt workout for women and men 20 min. is made up of 2 x 4 different exercises and each 4 exercise for 3 rounds. We do the exercises for 35 seconds, then we have 15 seconds rest in between. In this routine we will have 8 exercises in total.
