Day 1 | 4 Week Workout Plan | Ultra

Fitness Workout
Today’s workout is “EMOM” (every minute on the minute) which will take 20 mins to complete.

You will have 1 minute the complete each exercise, the quicker you do them the more rest you will get between each set.

– Burpees x 10 (1 minute)
– Press ups x 10 (1 minute)
– Sits ups x 10 (1 minute)
– Lunges (each leg) x 10 (1 min)
Repeat 5 times.

These amounts of exercises are a guidance and can be adjusted to your fitness level. It should be difficult but achievable. Different adaptions will be shown of certain exercises so these workouts can be adapted to your level.
