Today’s bat wing workout is my favorite ways to target the triceps. This strength training routine will take you less than 20 minutes to perform and includes a quick warm up. The routine also includes and intense triceps burn out at the end, all you need to perform the workout is a pair of dumbbells and a bench/chair.
