Exercises:
1. Reverse grip bicep curl
2. Close grip press
3. T-row into upward rotation
4. Ab curl
5. Alternating single leg lunge

Start today!
– Perform each exercise for 30-45 sec.
– Rest 15 sec. between exercises
– 2 rounds = 10-min. 3 rounds = 15-min.
