Cardio HITT Workout for Beginners & Seniors // All Standing Calorie Burning Exercises

Quick Fitness Workout
Thank you for joining me for this fun cardio workout! All moves are easy to follow and many have modifications for lower intensity options. This video is in an interval format. We will perform 1 exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next move. Go at your own pace and complete what you can within the 45 seconds of work.
After our warm up, there is 20 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) work. We will perform 10 different exercises and complete the set 2 times through. We complete the workout with a cool down and standing stretches.
